Grace Bruxner is a Melbourne-based game game developer who created ALIEN CASENO and The Fish Market, as well as multiple other small titles. Working mainly in 3D, Grace seeks to answer questions that nobody asked, like “what if a snail communicated exclusively through emoji?”. Her work mostly consists of small, museum-like exploration games that test the limit of minimal interaction in 3D spaces. Both ALIEN CASENO and The Fish Market attracted attention and press for their bizarre but charming sense of humour. Recently, Grace exhibited her work at Fantastic Arcade in Austin and Freeplay’s Contours in Melbourne. In 2017, she developed over 18 games, and released 7 for free on her website. Along with developing her own games and studying at RMIT university, in early 2017 Grace began working with Melbourne games studio League of Geeks on Armello.
