Wellington’s favourite pink game development conference is back, here to bring you another year of artisanal, eclectic and bespoke content. But hey, we need some wonderful humans to share their novel content – so send us your talks below.
We’re a unique conference that prides ourselves on talking about untrodden territory, esoteric niche knowledge, and having fun while doing so.
First-time speakers are encouraged – students, hobbyists and professionals alike. You more than likely have something amazing to share with Play by Play attendees! If you’re a veteran speaker, this is the perfect opportunity to share that weird, off-the-cuff concept you’ve been mulling over.
Past talks have included: a megagames talk which incorporated a game played by the entire attending conference audience; a keynote about diversity in games opened with a sung parody to Lorde’s Royals; an illustrated journey through game font do’s & don’ts, and more! Don’t be afraid to pitch something weird, wild or wonderful.
